Short version: Deck of Cards 2026 does not require an account, does not operate user profiles, and does not store personal user data on our own servers. Game progress, virtual balance, and local settings are stored on your device. The app uses Google AdMob for ads and Google Play Billing for the optional Remove Ads purchase, so Google may process data according to its own policies.
1. App Overview
Deck of Cards 2026 is a mobile card game app. It includes a deck viewer, solitaire-style games, casino-style card games using virtual balance, rewarded balance reset, ads, and an optional one-time in-app purchase to remove standard ads.
The app does not provide real-money gambling, cash payouts, withdrawable prizes, or real-world casino rewards. All balances, bets, payouts, and rewards inside the game are virtual entertainment values only.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not ask you to create an account. We do not directly collect or store the following on our own servers:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Contacts
- Photos or videos
- Precise location
- Payment card numbers
- Government identifiers
- Messages or user-generated social content
3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
Deck of Cards 2026 stores some gameplay and preference information locally on your device so that the app can continue where you left off. This may include:
- Current game states, hands, cards, moves, selections, and scores
- Virtual casino balance
- Whether the optional Remove Ads purchase has been granted
- Ad and billing readiness state needed by the app during use
This local data is not sent to our own servers. It may be included in Android device backups if you have device backup enabled, in which case backup handling is controlled by your device and Google account settings.
4. Advertising
The app uses Google AdMob to show banner ads, standard interstitial ads, and optional rewarded interstitial ads. AdMob is a third-party advertising service provided by Google.
Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect or process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics, and ad performance data. This processing is handled by Google and may be used for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, measurement, and personalization depending on your settings and applicable law.

5. Remove Ads Purchase
The app offers an optional one-time in-app purchase named Remove Ads. This purchase is intended to remove banner ads and standard interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads may remain available because the user chooses whether to watch them for a virtual balance reset.
Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive your full payment card details. Google Play may provide the app with purchase status, product identifiers, purchase tokens, and related transaction information needed to grant the Remove Ads entitlement.
Google Play purchases are subject to Google's policies, including the Google Payments Privacy Notice.
6. Rewarded Ads
If your virtual balance is too low, the app may offer the option to watch a rewarded ad to reset the virtual balance. Watching a rewarded ad is optional. If you choose not to watch the rewarded ad, you can continue using app features that do not require virtual balance or use any other options available in the app.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We do not operate a user database for Deck of Cards 2026. Data may be processed by third-party services integrated into the app, including Google AdMob and Google Play Billing, as described above.
8. Children
Deck of Cards 2026 is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a third-party service used in connection with the app, please contact the relevant service provider or contact us so we can review the issue.
9. Security
Because we do not operate user accounts or our own user-data servers for this app, we do not maintain a central database of player personal information. Local app data remains on the device unless backed up by Android or processed by third-party services described in this policy.
10. Your Choices
- You can reset or delete local app data through your Android device settings by clearing app storage.
- You can manage ad personalization through your Google and Android advertising settings.
- You can manage purchases through your Google Play account.
- You can choose not to watch rewarded ads.
- You can purchase Remove Ads to remove banner ads and standard interstitial ads.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the app changes, if new features are added, or if legal or platform requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the latest version.
